| 摘 要： | 根据船舶行业标准《船舶建造技术水平评估方法》所建立的指标体系,以及综合模糊评价的理论为基础,提出了建立船舶建造技术水平评价模型的方式。基于专家调查结合层次分析理论形成了一种用于解决船舶建造技术指标权重确立的方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the index system of Evaluating Method on Shipbuilding Technology Level and theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a evaluating model is proposed.Through a combination of expert surveys and the theory of analytic hierarchy process,a new method to establish the weight coefficient of shipbuilding technology is provided. |
