| Abstract: | The methods used for the calibration of railway tank car volume include geometric method and comparison method. The two methods are discussed and the calibration results of these two methods are analyzed. In general, geometric method is used to calibrate the volume of railway tank ear, while the comparison method is used in the calibration for arbitration. |
