| 摘 要： | 文章通过对钦州乡镇横水渡船安全现状及以浮桥代渡工作的初步实践进行分析,指出现有管理模式难以根除对乡镇渡口安全管理隐患,提出在钦州非干线和直航水域渡口,以架设浮桥的形式实现撤渡建桥,从而提高渡口管理效率和安全水平的建议。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the safety status of ferries and the preliminary practices of replacing ferry with float bridge in the townships of Qinzhou,the Paper points out that the current management status can not eradicate the hidden danger towards the safety administration issue of township ferries.It proposes to build float bridges at the river crossings of non-trunk line and straight run water area so as to replace the ferries with bridges,thus to improve the management efficient and safety level. |
