就地热再生设备液压转向系统在线检测技术

摘    要:对沥青路面就地热再生设备的液压转向系统结构特点进行分析,研究了动态负荷传感型柱塞泵和负荷传感型优先阀的控制特性及整个液压系统的在线检测技术。结果表明:采用这种液压系统在线检测技术能够迅速、准确地检测液压系统的技术状况,并分析故障产生的原因,具有较强的实时性和实用性。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of hydraulic steering system of on-site hot recycling machine are analyzed, The control features of dynamic load-sensing piston pump and load-sensing priority valve are studied, as well as the online detection technology for the whole hydraulic system. The results indicate that the detection technology can detect the situation of hydraulic system quickly and accurately and analyze the causes of faults. It is instant and practical.
