大肠肿瘤中增殖细胞核抗原表达的临床研究

目的　研究大肠肿瘤生物学特性及预后同增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系。方法　采用ABC免疫组织化学方法检测 60例大肠肿瘤及 4例正常大肠粘膜组织标本中PCNA表达状况。结果　肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移同PCNA表达状况相关 ;PCNA表达同组织学分级呈正相关 ;DukesAB同DukesCD期间增殖指数有显著性差异 ;PCNA表达的强弱与其生存年限呈负相关。结论　PCNA增殖状况是评估肿瘤侵袭和转移的重要指标 ,能独立预测大肠肿瘤患者的预后。

The clinical significance of the detection of PCNA in large intestine tumor

Objective To discover the relation of turmors biologicalcharacteristics, prognosis and expression of PCNA. Methods Immunohistochemical techniques were used for this study. Results A postive relation has been found between the expression of PCNA and infiltrating depth, lyphamtic metastasis, histology grade. Expression of PCNA had significant differences between DukesAB and DukesCD's tumor cells. Defferent groups of survival period had different expression of PCNA. Conclusion Expression of PCNA is an important stigma about tumors infiltration, lyphamtic metastasis. It can predict the patients' prognosis independently.
