灵敏度分析在车身结构优化设计中的应用

摘    要:应用灵敏度分析的方法对车身结构进行优化设计。首先,根据有限元分析,获得车身的模态和刚度性能;再次,以车身模态和刚度为约束条件,车身质量最轻为优化目标进行灵敏度分析,根据灵敏度分析结果选择合理设计变量,进行车身结构优化。优化后,不但实现了车身轻量化,还提高了车身模态频率和刚度。

Abstract:A car-body was optimized by application of sensitivity analysis.Firstly,the body modal and stiffness are obtained by finite element analysis.Secondly,sensitivity was analyzed with the body modal and stiffness as constraints and minimizing weight of car-body as objective.The design variables were selected based on the results of sensitivity analysis and the car-body was optimized.After the optimization,not only the lightweight car-body was achieved,but both the body modal frequency and stiffness were improved.
