摘    要:针对国际同行对电子油门试验要求,研制了一种性能稳定可靠的电子油门踏板耐久性及性能试验装置。此装置采用单作用气缸作驱动力,PLC调整运动周期进行耐久性考核,用非接触式角度传感器和高速率数据采集卡进行性能测试,满足了国内外最苛刻通行综合技术要求,已通过试验考核并投入使用。

Abstract:According to the test requirement of electronic accelerator pedal from International Industry,it developed a stable and reliable electronic accelerator pedal experimental device.This device is used to test the durability and performance of the electronic accelerator pedal and it used a single acting cylinder for driving force.PLC adjusts the movement cycle to check the durability and the performance is tested by non-contact angle sensor and high speed data acquisition card.The device has met all kinds of common technology demands from home and abroad,and it has passed the assessment test,and then put into use.
