摘    要:氮化硅,氧化锆,莫来石等工程陶瓷材料,以其优良的室温性能和高温性能已逐步应用于发动机部件的研制与开发。分析了陶瓷材料的加工特征和加工机理;介绍了缸套镶圈和缸盖底面的加工工艺。

Abstract:The engineering ceramic materials silicon nitride, zirconium oxide and mullite, etc have been used gradually in development of engine components because of their superior properties at room temperature as well as high temperature. The paper analyzes the processing characteristic and processing mechanism of ceramic materials and presents processing technology of cylinder sleeve inserting ring and base surface of cylinder head.
