基于虚拟仪器的盾构机振动检测系统

摘    要:以虚拟仪器为软件开发平台,引入振动检测技术,设计开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的振动检测系统,并应用于南京长江隧道盾构机的检测诊断,多次为现场检修提供依据。实践证明:该系统具有良好的检测诊断能力,弥补了盾构机自身监测系统的不足。

Abstract:Using virtual instrument as software development platform, a vibratory detecting system based on virtual instrument is designed by introduction of the vibratory detecting technology. This system is used in Nanjing Yangtze Tunnel to detect and diagnose the shield tunneling machine, and provide the basis for the repair for many times. Practice shows that the system has good ability of detection and diagnosis, filling a gap in the monitoring system of shield tunneling machine itself.
