| 摘 要： | 阐述了城市轨道车辆噪声和振动的测试方法。在对7000型、DL-621型、5000型城市轨道车辆噪声和振动测试的基础上,利用B&K2033(A)分析仪与APPLE-Ⅱ联机对测得的信号进行了频谱分析,利用IBM-PC/XT微机对数据进行了FFT处理;分析了城市轨道车辆的噪声现状,并对车内外噪声进行了A声级评价,提出了降低轨道车辆噪声的主要途径,弹性车轮作为一种减噪措施,分析了其减噪隔振作用,并对弹性车轮的轮心、轮箍、轮环、橡胶环等四部分做了分析、讣算和设计。

| Abstract: | States the testing methods of noise and vibration of city railcars. Based on the noise and vibrtion tests of city railcars of type 7000, DL-621 and 5000, analyses the signal frequency spectra by on-line system with the aid of B&K 2033(A) and APPLE-IL Processes the data by IBM -PC/XT micro-computter. Analyses the present situation of the noise, criticizes the noise inside and outside city railcars with sound level A, presents the main way to reduce the noise of railcars. As a measure to reduce noise, studies the noise reducing and vibration insulating of resilient wheels. And analyses, calculates and designs the four main parts of resilient wheel-wheel centre, wheel tvre. rubber ring and wedge-shaped clamping ring. |
