| 摘 要： | 分析了我国高速铁路施工项目的风险特点和管理现状,指出风险管理中存在主要问题的基础上,对动态风险管理的概念做了界定,提出了动态风险管理流程模型。使风险在施工过程中始终处于可控状态,风险量处于可接受水平之下,为顺利完成工程项目工期、质量、安全、成本目标,提供可靠保障。

| Abstract: | Upon the basis of analyzing the risk characteristics of the high-speed railway construction projects at home and their present managing situation,and pointing out the main problems existing in their risk management,the concept of the dynamic risk managment is defined in the paper,with the dynamic risk managing process model established.Throughout the whole construction process,risks are always kept under control and the risk probability is always kept below the acceptable level,which provides a reliable guarantee for the successful realisation of the requirements of the engineering project in project time,quality, safety,and cost targets. |
