钢管微膨胀混凝土试验与研究

摘    要:微膨胀混凝土在钢管拱桥中能够抵消混凝土本身的收缩,并使混凝土初始处于受压状态,从而改善混凝土的力学性能,因此在钢管混凝土拱桥中得到广泛应用.在实践中,对于微膨胀混凝土的膨胀规律还缺乏了解,从而在一定程度上限制了这种新技术的推广.文中利用封闭钢筒里灌装微膨胀混凝土试验,来模拟并研究了钢管混凝土桥梁钢管内混凝土的膨胀情况.采用适合钢管微膨胀混凝土生长模型,其拟合结果与试验数据较吻合.文中还讨论了微膨胀剂含量对膨胀率的影响以及不同膨胀含量下的膨胀规律.

Abstract:Micro expand concrete in the closed steel tube could counteract concrete shrink,and make concrete prestressed.As the result, it improves concrete intensity.But practically,people know little about its expansion,and that restricts the popularization of the new technique.Base on that,the paper tries to make out the actual way how the concrete expands in steel bridge.By Studying the expansion of the expansive concrete in filled steel tube,the expansion model is proposed.The couvades result is well tally with the experiment result.The dilate rate under different amount of dilatants is also discussed.
