智能挖掘机电控液压系统的设计

摘    要:以WY1.5型挖掘机的智能控制为目标,应用电液比例控制技术与E1型移动车辆控制器,实现了挖掘机的遥控操作。在不改变原机功能基础上,对原机液压系统进行了改造,提出了电控液压系统的设计方案,详细阐述了电磁换向阀、电磁比例换向阀的选取原则及过程。

Abstract:Based on WY1.5 hydraulic excavator,in order to realize intelligent control,the paper puts forward a design of electro-hydraulic proportional control system.The paper introduces the select principle for electmagnetism exchange direction valve particularly,and realizes remote control excavation with the electro-hydraulic proportional technology.
