自锚式悬索桥主缆架设技术

摘    要:南京长江隧道工程江心洲右汊大桥为自锚式悬索桥,大桥主缆施工采用PPWS法,对主缆架设的整体设备工艺进行优化。主要采用单线往复式牵引系统,提高架设效率;制定了主缆牵引、整形入鞍及垂度调整等措施,确保主缆索股架设质量。

Abstract:Right Branch Main Bridge in Jiangxin Island of Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Project is a cable self-anchored suspension bridge. Its main cable adopted the PPWS construction method;for the technology, we optimized overall device for main cable erection. We used one-way reciprocating traction system to erect main cable, which improved efficiency. We also developed some strict measures for main cable traction, shaping and setting into the saddle, adjusting cable strand sagging and so on, which ensure the quality of main cable erection.
