摘    要:文章以46000t船用主机试航过程中主机出现的故障为例,详细介绍了示功图所示主机汽缸内各燃烧阶段及几种异常示功图的形态、原因。通过对主机航行时所测示功图对主机汽缸内的燃烧工作状态进行分析,从而判断主机汽缸内的燃烧工作是否正常。

Abstract:In this paper, the fault on main engine is taken as an example on trial trip of 46 000 t ship. Formation and reason on the abnormal indicator diagram are introduced in detail for the cylinder of main engine in its every burning stage. Through analysis to the burning workstate on the indicator diagram, you can judge the state of burning normal or not.
