| Abstract: | Railway Administration was the direct commander in daily transportation activities.It was summarized the process about designing,developing and applying for the Locomotive Dispatching Order System of Shanghai Railway Administration,introduced the System architecture,the functions and the key technologies.Finally it was analyzed the application benefit.This System would facilitate the locomotive dispatching order routine of the railway administration to some extent. |
