摘    要:为解决电力推进船舶谐波污染等问题,以电力推进船舶电能质量为研究对象,使用粒子群算法,以无源滤波器的投资成本、滤波效果和无功功率补偿能力作为优化对象进行多目标优化,并在此基础上采用离差排序法确定各目标函数权重,进行多目标优化设计无源滤波器;以“丰隆01”号自升、自航石油工程船电网参数为例进行计算,得到滤波器多目标优化结果;为进一步验证优化结果的正确性,按照船舶电网参数在MATLAB/SIMULINK中构建仿真模型,验证该方法的可行性和优越性。结果表明:该方法具有可行性与实用性,且可实现更灵活的谐波抑制。

Abstract:An optimized passive filter design is proposed to reduce the harmonic pollution in the power grid on electric propulsion ships. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the investment cost, filtering effect and reactive power compensation capability of the filter. The weights of the objective functions for the multi-objective optimization are determined by means of the dispersion ranking method. The filter for the power grid on "Fenglong 01", a self-elevating and self-propelled petroleum engineering ship, is designed for illustration. The optimized filter design is verified through simulations with the model built in MATLAB/SIMULINK according to the ship grid parameters, realizing a more flexible harmonics restraining.
