摘    要:以不同型号的变压器定位结构为研究对象,通过原型破坏性试验分析变压器定位结构的破坏形式,并与实际海上运输事故的破坏结果相对比。在此基础上,采用有限元模型进行仿真分析,定量地得出不同型号定位结构的极限承载力。结果表明:不同尺寸的定位结构的破坏形式是一致的。树脂发生破碎,钢碗结构是由于应变过大无法取得较好的保护作用,致使木碗被剪断,结构完全破坏。这些分析可成功地模拟定位结构的破坏过程,为大型变压器定位结构的优化设计及运输安全提供参考依据。

Abstract:Destructive testing of a family of fastening structures for transformer transportation is carried out and the results compared to the damages occurred in real marine accidents to verify the testing report. Simulation is performed with the finite element analysis to quantitatively determine the maximum load capacity of each model of structures. It is found that the forms of damages are the same for all models of different sizes-the resin device is broken, and the excessive strain of steel bowl structure allows the wooden bowl structure to be cut and the fastening structure destroyed completely. The simulation research is of value for improving the fastening structure design of large transformers.
