摘    要:为实现船舶碰撞桥梁前的安全预警及船舶过桥行为的改进,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的船撞桥安全预警模型。通过构建并分析船撞桥情景,确定船撞桥的风险因素,并根据理论分析和统计数据对影响因素进行模糊化处理,建立船撞桥模糊推理规则库和模糊推理机,去模糊化获取船撞桥风险。应用船舶通过港珠澳大桥江海直达航道桥为例,对船撞桥风险进行验证,结果表明该方法能够很好地实现船撞桥安全预警。该预警模型可作为船舶智能航行的重要组成部分,也可供海事部门用于船舶航行的安全监管工作。

Abstract:In order to achieve a reliable early risk warning in ship-bridge navigation, the fuzzy logic-based method is proposed, helping ships carry out a safer navigation at bridge areas. The critical conditions for collision are analyzed to derive the risk factors. The risk factors are fuzzified based on the theoretical analysis and statistical data. The fuzzy rule base and the fuzzy inference engine are established. The ship-bridge collision risk is presented after defuzzifying the output. The method is used to deal with the situation when a ship passing through the river-sea direct channel bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge area for illustration. The model is proved and is ready for application to smart shipping and navigation safety supervision.
