摘    要:针对电力推进船舶的永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, PMSM)控制问题,基于扩展卡尔曼滤波(Extended Kalman Fiter, EKF)技术,提出一种改良的无速度传感器模型预测转矩控制(Model Predictive Torqne Control, MPTC)策略。采用EKF方法观测电机转速,以改善船舶推进电机的估计精度并提高控制系统的鲁棒性;采用改良的模型预测控制策略,可实现最优电压矢量输出,减小转矩、磁链波纹和控制器计算量,同时能够提高推进电机的控制性能。仿真结果表明:EKF具有很强的抗干扰性且可精确地估算出电机角度,MPTC与直接转矩控制(Direct Torque Control, DTC)相比,具有更低的转矩脉动和电磁脉动,可提高船舶电力推进的控制性能。

Abstract:The optimized sensorless MPTC(Model Predictive Torque Control) strategy based on EKF(Extended Kalman Filter) is proposed for the magnet synchronous motor PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drive systems in the ship propulsion system. The EKF is introduced into the speed observer for improving the accuracy of the estimated speed and enhancing the system robustness. In order to reduce the torque and flux ripples, output the optimal voltage, optimize the controller calculations, and improve the control performance, the MPTC is employed in the PMSM drive systems. The simulation shows that the MPTC with the EKF observer provides strong ability of anti-interference and achieves the accurate estimation of motor rotation angle. Comparing to the DTC(Direct Torque Control), the PMSM drives system with MPTC causes lower torque and flux ripples, realizing a better control of ship electric proposion.
