| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的船舶柴油机监测系统开发与应用,系统具有柴油机示功图、瞬时转速、轴功率、热力参数、高压燃油系统、增压系统和进排气等系统主要参数的数据采集、存储与分析功能,且测试点多分析功能全面等优点。对MAN 6L16/24型柴油机的性能参数测量分析表明,系统的实时性、测量精度满足监测系统的技术要求。

| Abstract: | The development and application of monitoring system based LabVIEW for marine diesel engine is introduced.The parameters monitored in the monitoring system include gas pressure,the instantaneous angular speed,thermal parameters,parameters related to the fuel system and the turbocharger and power.The functions of the monitoring system also include the sampling,saving and analyzing.The real-time feature and measurement accuracy of the monitoring system is verified on MAN 6L16/24 diesel engine in the lab. |
