产品环境应力筛选方法研究

摘    要:简要分析了不适当的环境应力筛选会对产品造成损害的原因, 在此基础上文中对由气锤式六自由度振动台和电动振动台所构建的综合试验设备的优缺点进行了分析、比较,并论证环境应力筛选(ESS)应针对专门产品的试验应力进行控制的观点,提出应注重多件样品振动应力一致性的要求.文中为进一步开展环境应力筛选、可靠性试验研究提供了可行途径且指出了目前这类试验中存在的不足.

Abstract:The reasons why improper environmental stress screening(ESS) can damage the product were briefly analyzed. Based on this, the advantages and disadvantages of integrated equipment made up of 6-DOF vibration table and electrodynamic shakers were also analyzed and compared. And then, this paper demonstrated that ESS should be knowledgeably controlled to specific product, and pointed out that the requirements of the uniformity of vibration stress be paid attention to. This paper provides a feasible route for ESS and reliability test and presented the disadvantages existing in the test.
