摘    要:采用自主研制的沥青混凝土功能层累积变形试验箱,测试3种级配、油石比下9组沥青混凝土在重复荷载作用下的永久变形,并分析级配和油石比对累积变形的影响。结果表明:随油石比的增加,沥青混凝土功能层的累积变形稳定值不断增大,同时,达到稳定所需的加载周期也不断增长。随集料公称最大粒径的增加,混凝土功能层累积变形对油石比的敏感性急剧上升。确定功能层沥青混合料最佳油石比时,若粒径较大,则平行油石比的变化量可相对减小。

Abstract:Accumulative deformation of 9 groups asphalt concrete function layer was determined by the testing chamber designed by self, and the effect of grading and asphalt-stone ratio on accumulative deformation was analyzed. The results showed that: with the increasing of asphalt-stone ratio, cumulative deformation of functional layer increased, while the time to be stably was also increased. With the increasing of nominal maximum aggregate size, the sensitivity that accumulated deformation of functional layer to asphalt-stone ratio increased sharply. When determined the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio in functional layer mixture designing, if the particle size was large, the amount of asphalt-aggregate ratio change can be relatively reduced.
