复合地层大直径盾构刀盘刀具磨损分析

摘    要:在复合地层中采用盾构法进行隧道开挖施工,刀盘刀具能否有效对土层支撑和开挖,关系到整个工程的工期和施工效益。结合广州地层特点分析刀盘结构的选型对刀具寿命影响因素,并进行计算,对刀具的磨损类型和规律进行分析总结。

Abstract:The use of shield tunnel excavation in the complex ground, whether the cutter head can support and excavate the soil effectively relates to the construction period and construction efficiency of the project, this paper analyses the type of cutter head through the characteristics of canton stratigraphic, and calculate the affect factors of tool life, analyzed and summarized the types of abrasion and rules of the tool.
