摘    要:陶瓷载体催化器的性价比较高,应用于摩托车时需提高载体的抗热冲击性能和机械强度、降低热膨胀系数、保证封装工艺的一致性等,采用新型陶瓷材料、垫层材料和封装工艺就能很好地达到要求。

Abstract:Ceramic-carrier catalytic converter represents the characteristic of higher performance with lower costs. In its application on motorcycle, the improvement performance on its heat shock resistance, mechanical strength, thermal expansion coefficient and encapsulating technology are necessary. The adoption of new ceramic materials, cushion materials, and encapsulating technology shall be the perfect solution.
