汽车轮毂油封的开发

摘    要:轮边减速桥已经得到广泛的应用,但轮毂油封仍采用普通油封的结构形式,造成密封效果差,使用寿命低,一但漏油将影响制动性能。新研制的FKM材料组合式油封产品具有较好的密封性能和较高的可靠性能,在耐温、耐磨、耐油等方面都得到很大的提高,其台架试验寿命高达1 634 h。该研究成果已经应用在轮边行星齿轮减速装置上。

Abstract:There has been a wide application of hub reductor.But common oil seal is still employed in its hub oil sealing,where causes bad sealing and low life,and braking performance will be weaken once oil leaks.New developed FKM combined oil seal has better oil sealing performance and higher reliability,and more improvement in temperature resistance,wear resistance,oil resistance,etc.,and its bench test life can be up to 1 634 h.It has been applied in hub reductor.
