| 摘 要： | 针对近2年来机车车辆用电工产品标准制订中存在的具有普遍性的问题,对额定值与标称值、工作性能与机械寿命和电寿命、试验的先后次序和相关验证、恒定湿热与交变湿热以及高温试验的选择等按GB/T21413.1和GB/T 21413.2以及相关国标的规定进行了阐述,目的是贯彻国家标准,提高产品标准制订的水平。
