| 摘 要： | 目的及方法选用Luthans等人设计的心理资本问卷中文版,对156名铁路司乘人员进行了心理资本及希望、坚韧性和乐观3种积极心理状态的特征研究。结果及结论①铁路司乘人员在工种、对年收入评价和受教育程度3个控制变量上,其心理资本及希望、坚韧性和乐观3个分变量存在不同水平的显著差异。②男性员工的心理资本与女性并无显著差异。③对收入的评价与心理资本和希望变量之间存在显著的正相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective and Methods 156 Chinese train drivers and train - attendants were recruited for the study of their Psychological Capital, Hope, Resilience, and Optimism. Results and Conclusions （1） There were significant differences of Psychological Capital on the variables of Job Categories, Comment on Own Income, and Education Level. （2） No differences were found on psychological capital between men and women. （3） Between Comment on Own Income and Hope there is significant positive correlation. |
