汽车半轴外万向节与轮毂紧固扭矩设计研究

摘    要:阐述了汽车传动半轴外万向节与车轮轮毂紧固连接扭矩大小的设计依据及紧固过程中半轴外万向节柄部受力状况的计算方法,并结合实际应用案例分析了某汽车用传动半轴外万向节与车轮轮毂之间装配紧固扭矩定义的合理性.

Abstract:The design considerations of the automotive half shaft universal joint and hub fastening torque are expatiated,and the calculation method of the strenuous condition of half shaft universal joint handle is also discussed.The rationality of the assembly fastening torque between half shaft universal joint and hub is analyzed by an example.
