包西铁路通道改建方案研究

摘    要:研究目的:包西铁路通道为"包柳通道"的重要组成部分,本文针对本段铁路目前现状和功能对既有线扩能改造的建设规模进行研究论述。研究结论:从包柳通道在路网中的地位及其作用来看,最终将形成一条双线大能力通道。为充分发挥其通道的整体运输能力,本段扩能改造时北段包头至大保当一次新建双线,速度目标值为160km/h(预留200km/h);中段大保当至延安既有线增建二线,速度目标值为160km/h;南段延安至西安一次新建双线,速度目标值为160km/h(预留200km/h),既有线维持不变形成三线格局。包西线先期建成双线既解决了煤炭运输外运的运能不足问题,又解决了直通运量能力不足的问题,符合包柳双线大能力通道的总体规划。
