| 摘 要： | 高中学习是应试教育,而大学教育是能力教育,二者是截然不同的。大学生进入高校后,面临的是一个新的学习环境,见识的也是新的知识和学习方式。高中时的一个知识点要讲很多个课时的授课方式,也随之改变为一个课时要讲很多个知识点的授课方式。如何才能使刚入校新生很快适应新的学习方式,做一名合格的高技能的新时代大学生,是我们教育工作者的责任和义务。
