液压实验台的二次开发探析

摘    要:机、电、液一体化控制技术已成为现代工程机械的发展方向,而国内目前仍未有针对工程机械电液控制系统相关的实训设备。为适应现代工程机械技术发展的要求,以及为满足工程机械运用与维护专业的实践教学要求.对普通液压实验台进行二次开发。二次开发后的实验台通过配备计算机可实现学生编程进行液压系统控制.以满足教、学、做一体化的教学要求。

Abstract:Integration of mechanic technique, electrical technique and liquid technique is becoming developing trend of modem construction machinery, but there is no modem construction machinery electricity-liquid control experiment equipment in China. In order to fit the development of modem construction machinery technique, and meet the experiment teaching requirement, we carried out the second designing of hydraulic pressure experiment scaffolding. Students can make program to control the hydraulic pressure system by computer, so it meet the Integration teaching requirement of teaching, studying and dong.
