摘    要:以不可压缩黏性N-S方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型为基础,对4辆编组检测车以350km/h速度明线运行的空气流场进行了数值分析,针对空调导流块对检测车空调表面压力分布的影响进行了研究。先后对安装导流块、改变冷凝风机进出风方向及去掉导流块3种设计方案明线运行的外流场进行了数值模拟,得到3种设计方案气动特性及空调冷凝风机进出风口压力差的定量结果。计算结果表明,去掉导流块并不利于冷凝风机的进出风,而安装导流块、改变冷凝风机进出风方向的方案是较好的设计方案。

The Numerical Analysis of the Effect of the Deflector on the Inlet and Outlet Pressure of the Air-Conditioning System for High Speed Inspection Car

Abstract:On the basis of the N-S equation of uncompressible viscosity and RNG k-ε turbulent model,the numerical analysis is made on the air flow field of the 4-car inspection train running at 350 km/h on open line,and research is made on the effect of the air-conditioning deflector on the distribution of pressures on the air-conditioner surface of the inspection train.The numerical simulation is made on the external flow field respectively in the three design schemes of installing deflector,changing the direction of inlet and outlet of condenser fan and taking out the deflector on the train running on the open line,the quantitative results of the aerodynamic characteristics and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the air-conditioning condenser fan are obtained.The calculation result shows that taking out the deflector is not helpful for the inlet and outlet of air for the condenser fan and it is a better design scheme to use deflector and change the direction of the inlet and outlet of air.
