| 摘 要： | 介绍了英国标准GM/RT 2142—2009《大风环境下机车车辆抗倾覆能力》中临界倾覆风速的计算方法及评价抗倾覆能力的大致流程,并利用该标准评价了某出口机车大风环境下的抗倾覆能力。

| Abstract: | The calculation method of critical roll-over wind speed and the general process of evaluation of the roll-over resistance capacity in the British standard GM/RT 2142-2009 Resistance of Railway Vehicles to Roll-over in Gales are described. And the roll-over resistance capacity of an exported locomotive is evaluated according to the standard. |
