高速列车开关式横向半主动悬挂系统的理论与实践

摘    要:阐述了半主动悬挂系统的原理,介绍了基于天棚控制原理的开关式横向半主动悬挂系统的研制过程。利用车辆系统动力学仿真分析软件UM分析了车辆系统采用半主动悬挂改善车体振动性能的结果,确定了半主动悬挂系统的时滞范围和车辆过曲线时车体离心加速度的滤波频率范围。针对样机进行了简化的台架试验。仿真计算和台架试验结果均表明,采用开关式半主动悬挂系统可以有效地维持和断开减振器所提供的阻尼力,从而提高横向运行平稳性指标。

Theories and Practice of the Lateral On/off Semi-active Suspension System for High Speed Trains

Abstract:The principle of semi-active suspension system is expounded.The development process of the lateral on/off semi-active suspension system based on the sky-hook control principle is described.With the vehicle system dynamics simulation analysis software UM,the result of improving carbody vibration performance with semi-active suspension on vehicle system is analyzed,the time-delay range of the semi-active suspension system and the filtering frequency range of the centrifugal acceleration of carbody while the car negotiating a curve are determined.The simplified bench test is made on the prototype.Both the simulation calculation and bench test result show that,with the use of on/off semi-active suspension system,the damping force provided by the damper can be maintained or cut off effectively,so as to improve the lateral ride comfort indexes.
