| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫方法测定食管癌病人放疗前后血清中表皮生长因子（Ｅｐｉｄｅｒ ｍ ａｌｇｒｏｗ ｔｈ ｆａｃｔｏｒ， ＥＧＦ）和肿瘤坏死因子（Ｔｕｍ ｏｒ ｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓ ｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＴＮＦ）的含量变化，结果发现放疗后病人血清中ＥＧＦ及ＴＮＦ含量较放疗前显著降低，且下降幅度与疗效呈正相关。提示ＥＧＦ、ＴＮＦ在食管癌的发生发展中起重要作用，并可做为判断疗效的指标

| Abstract: | Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the sera of the patients with esophageal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy were assessed by the RIA method.The results showed that EGF and TNF in sera of the patients after radiotherapy decreased significantly as compared with that of patients before radiotherapy (P<0.05).The results suggest that EGF and TNF plays an important role in the development of esophageal carcinoma and it may assist in evaluation of immediate response of radiotherapy. |
