高速公路桥梁支座病害分析及修复

某高速公路桥梁交工两年后,部分简支变连续T梁、箱梁的橡胶支座出现开裂、脱空、剪切变形超限、移动等病害。对病害成因进行了分析,发现主要病害成因有上部结构徐变、滑动支座顶面润滑度不足、施工动荷载影响等。将通车运行中的桥梁顶升后,通过更换支座、加钢垫片、涂抹硅脂油、调整支座位置等措施对病害进行了修复,修复效果良好。

Analysis and Repair of Bridge Bearing Defects in Expressway

After two years of the construction of the bridge on expressway,the rubber bearings of some simply supported T-beam and box beam appear some defects,such as cracking,disengaging,shear deformation exceeding the limit,and so on.In this paper,the causes of formation are analyzed,the main reasons are the creep of superstructure,the lack of lubrication of the top surface of sliding bearing,the influence of construction dynamic load and so on.After lifting the bridge,the bridge is repaired by changing the bearing,adding steel gasket,applying silicone oil and adjusting the bearing position,which has achieved good results.
