融冰降噪复合功能型混合料在桥面沥青铺装工程中的应用研究

摘    要:冬季凝冰给季冻区沥青路面行车带来安全隐患,城镇区路面行车产生的噪声对周边居民的影响亦不容忽视。为解决上述问题,提升沥青路面冬季抗凝冰能力,降低交通噪声影响,近年来沥青路面表层混合料也从功能单一型向复合型发展。优选胎面胶破碎得到的橡胶颗粒材料,通过等体积代换法设计了复合功能型融冰降噪沥青混合料;在级配选择上,考虑颗粒填充和降噪效果,充分发挥橡胶颗粒的弹性降低路面在轮载作用下的振动和摩擦噪声,并基于其界面受力不均匀特性实现自应力融冰;在路用性能方面,为提升耐久性,采用高黏沥青作为胶结料。分别从混合料设计、路用性能评价、试验段实施等方面进行了研究,结果表明开发的融冰降噪复合功能型沥青混合料具有良好的融冰、降噪效果。该研究成果可为沥青路面表面功能层的设计及应用推广提供借鉴。

Abstract:Freezing in winter brings hidden danger to driving onasphalt pavementin seasonal freezingarea,the impact of the traffic noise generated by urban areas roads is also significant,surface mixtureofasphalt pavement has developed from single function type to compound type in recent years.In order tosolve the above problems,improve the anti-freezing ability of asphalt pavement in winter and reduce theinfluence of traffic noise,composite functional asphalt mixture for ice melting and noise reductionisdesigned in this paperby selecting the rubber particles obtained from the breaking of tread rubber and usingequal volume substitution method.In grading selection,considering the effect of particle filling and noisereduction,giving full play to the elasticity of rubber particles to reduce the vibration and friction noise ofthe road,and realizing self-stress ice-melting based on the non-uniform force characteristics of theinterface.In terms of road performance,in order to improve durability,high viscosity asphalt is used asbinder.The experiments are carried out from the aspects of mixture design,road performance evaluationand test section implementation,and the results show that the developed composite functional asphaltmixture has good effects of ice melting and noise reduction.The research results can provide reference forthe design and application of functional layer of asphalt pavement.
