木质素纤维对再生透水沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:通过向透水沥青混合料(OGFC)中引入废弃混合料(再生OGFC)制备出再生OGFC,研究了木质素纤维掺量(0.01%、0.02%和0.03%)对再生透水沥青混合料路用性能(水稳性、高温性能、低温抗裂性能、抗滑性能和内聚强度)的影响。结果表明,引入再生OGFC料对混合料水稳性和低温抗裂性有明显不利影响,且对抗滑性能影响不大,而对高温性能有小幅提升作用;引入木质素纤维可明显改善再生OGFC路用性能,且木质素纤维最佳掺量为0.02%。

Abstract:Recycled pervious asphalt mixtures is prepared by introducing waste mixture(recycled OGFC)into the permeable asphalt mixture(OGFC).The impact of lignin fiber content of 0.01%,0.02%,and 0.03%on road performance of the permeable asphalt mixture is studied in terms of water stability,high temperature performance,low temperature crack resistance,slip resistance and cohesive strength.The results show that the introduction of recycled OGFC material has a significant adverse effect on the water stability and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture,while it has a small increase in high temperature performance,but has minor effect on anti-slip performance.The introduction of lignin fibers can significantly improve the road performance of regenerated OGFC,and the optimal amount of lignin fibers is 0.02%.
