玄武岩纤维长度对排水沥青路面性能影响研究

摘    要:为探究应用于排水沥青路面中玄武岩纤维的适宜长度,采用干拌的方式在空隙率为20%的OGFC-13沥青混合料中分别加入3、6、12和25mm不同长度的纤维。首先通过析漏试验确定不同纤维长度下混合料的最佳油石比;接着进行飞散试验、单轴贯入试验、低温劈裂试验、冻融劈裂试验和渗水试验来探究不同长度纤维对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明,加入玄武岩纤维后,沥青混合料的性能有所提升,综合分析各项性能后,建议在排水沥青路面中添加长度为6mm的玄武岩纤维。

Abstract:In order to explore the suitable length of basalt fiber used in the drainage asphalt pavement,3 mm,6 mm,12 mm and 25 mm fibers are added by dry blending method to the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture separately with the void ratio of 20%.Firstly,the optimum bitumen-aggregate ratio of the mixture under different lengths of fiber is determined by drain down test.Secondly,by means of Cantabro abrasion test,penetration shear test,low temperature bending test,freeze thaw splitting test and permeability test to explore the effect of different lengths of fiber on the performance of asphalt mixture.The results show that:after adding basalt fibers,the performance of asphalt mixture is improved and after analyzing varieties of performance comprehensively,it is recommended to add basalt fibers with length of 6 mm to the drainage asphalt pavement.
