摘    要:对现行《石油沥青四组分测定法》(NB/SH/T 0509-2010)提出优化意见:在240℃下8h活化中性氧化铝;利用活化硅胶(及中性氧化铝)对正庚烷/石油醚进行脱芳;在溶剂冲洗阶段中使用二联球;接受瓶更换节点,改为淡黄色色带或褐色色带最低端接近脱脂棉部分2cm时;利用旋转蒸发法、萃取法对具有毒性的甲苯进行回收、纯化。改良后的沥青四组分测定法可以有效分离不同组分并具有较高的柱效。在沥青老化、再生过程中,通过关联四组分与三大指标,评价沥青老化程度、再生效果,为沥青性能评价提供微观视角。

Abstract:Regaring the NB/SH/T 0509-2010“Test Method for Separation of Asphalt into FourFractions”,following optimization suggestions are put forward:to activate the neutral alumina under240℃for 8hours;to use activated silica gel(with activated neutral alumina)for dearomatization ofheptane/petroleum ether;to use double ball in solvent washing stage;the replacement node of thereceiving bottle is changed to a light yellow ribbon or brown ribbon when the lowest end is close to 2cm ofthe absorbent cotton part;and the toxic toluene is recovered and purified by rotary evaporation andextraction methods.The optimized method can effectively separate different components with high columnefficiency.The degree of asphalt aging and regeneration effect can be evaluated by correlating fourcomponents with three indexes,which provides a micro perspective for asphalt performance evaluation.
