水性环氧树脂改性高早强快速修补砂浆性能研究

摘    要:为保证水泥混凝土路面修补后可及时开放交通并延长其服役寿命,以自制特种胶凝材料、水性环氧树脂、纤维为主要原材料,通过优选水胶比和胶砂比,结合水性环氧树脂改性技术,制备出高早强快速修补砂浆,并研究了其力学、耐磨及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。结果表明:快速修补砂浆2h抗压、抗折及黏结强度可分别达到20.0 MPa、5.0MPa和3.5MPa以上,28d强度持续增长,且具有优良的韧性和低收缩性,28d收缩率<200×10-6;与普通C40混凝土相比,快速修补砂浆28d抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能可提高20%~30%,其7d龄期与混凝土28d耐磨性接近,表现出优良的耐久性能。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the cement concrete pavement repair can be open to the traffic in time and extend its service life,with self-made special cementitious material,water-based epoxy resin,fiber as the main raw materials,through the optimization of water binder ratio and sand binder ratio,combined with the modification technology of waterborne epoxy resin,the high early strength quick repair mortar is prepared.Besides,its performance of mechanical,wear resistance and resistance to sulfate attack of the rapid repair mortar are studied.The results show that the compressive strength,flexural strength and bond strength of the rapid repair mortar could reach 20.0 MPa,5.0 MPa and 3.5 MPa at 2 h,respectively.It has excellent toughness and low shrinkage,and the shrinkage rate at 28 dis less than 200×10-6.Compared with C40 concrete,the sulfate resistance of the mortar can be improved by 20%~30%at 28 d,and the abrasion resistance at 7 dis consistent with that of concrete at 28 d.
