摘    要:为了更直观便捷地研究SBS聚合物与基质沥青反应进程,制备了两种SBS改性沥青的分散、剪切、发育等7个状态共14组荧光显微镜样品。以放大100倍和400倍荧光显微镜图像为研究对象,分别借助两个图像处理软件计算SBS溶胀面积比,即SBS改性剂在沥青中溶胀联结形成的荧光共轭点状、蠕虫状、网格状等发亮结构的面积占该图像面积的比例,分析SBS溶胀面积比与改性沥青发育进程以及稳定性的关系,并借助离析软化点差值指标验证发育进程中SBS溶胀面积比与改性沥青稳定性的关系。结果表明:随发育时间延长,SBS溶胀面积比先增大后减小,其超过一定比例后基质沥青与SBS形成网状互穿结构,稳定性大幅增加,SBS溶胀面积比超过51.87%时离析软化点差值都满足相关规范要求,从微观角度进一步揭示改性机理,为快速评判SBS改性沥青是否存在离析风险提供一种新思路。

Abstract:In order to study the development process between SBS polymer and bitumen more intuitively and conveniently,two types of samples including 14 groups of fluorescent microscopic samples which are involved different states such as dispersing,cutting and development process are prepared.The magnification of 100 times and 400 times fluorescent photos are treated through two image processing software respectively.The swelling area ratios of SBS which is the ratio of fluorescent conjugated shine part of dot,vermicular and grid structure swelling crosslinking SBS in fluorescent photo are calculated and the relationship between the swelling area ratio and the stability of SBS is studied during the development process.The value of segregating softening point difference confirms the relationship between stability and SBS swelling area ratio of development process.These results show that with the extension of growth time,the SBS swelling area ratio increases after the first decreases.Reticular interpenetrating structure has formed between the basis bitumen and SBS after SBS area ratio exceeds 51.87%and which increases the stability of SBS modified bitumen.At the same time,the value of segregation softening point difference also meet the requirements of specifications.These results further suggest that the theoretical foundation of the modification mechanism in microscopic perspective which provide a new way to quickly judge whether SBS modified bitumen has segregation risk.
