| 摘 要： | 引用博奕论,本文从囚徒困境的角度分析了建筑企业实施知识共享存在的问题,从三种模式上阐明建筑企业内部开展知识管理的策略与措施,并专门设立CKO,促进知识共享,对建筑企业外部实行虚拟企业联盟应注意问题进行了阐述,确保知识共享的顺利进行。
