某型船用高压共轨大功率柴油机喷射特性研究

摘    要:利用AVL公司的HYDSIM软件对某型船用高压共轨大功率柴油机电控喷油器工作过程进行仿真,仿真结果与实际试验数据相一致,表明仿真模型的准确性.通过模型的建立,系统分析了喷孔直径、喷射压力与喷油规律、雾化质量之间的关系.结果表明:喷孔直径和喷油压力都通过燃油流通截面积影响喷射速率和喷雾特性,这为进一步的高压共轨系统燃烧优化打下了坚实的基础.

Abstract:Simulating the circulation of electronic controlled fuel injector of heavy duty diesel with the aid of the HYDSIM software,and the model was validated by comparison with experimental results.Based on the model,the paper analyzed the connection between diameter of spout and pressure of spray with the rule of spray and quality of spray systemically.The results show that area of currency was the key for the rule of spray,which forges strong ground for the coming combustion optimization of high pressure common ...
