摘    要:PWM整流器是一种高功率因数、低噪声静止变流器,控制策略选取是PWM整流器设计的重点。提出了一种用于新型电力机车辅助逆变器试验系统的PWM整流器,详细介绍了其工作原理和控制方法。采用该PWM整流器代替原有的风机负载,可实现系统的能流循环。在以DSP为核心的控制系统上,实现了PWM整流器的预测电流控制算法,使PWM整流器可任意调节逆变器的输出电流,并模拟不同故障情况。试验表明运用这种控制策略的PWM整流器运行稳定可靠,具有节能降噪等优越性能。

Abstract:PWM rectifier is a kind of converter with high power factor and low noises.The control strategy is the key of the PWM rectifier design.A PWM rectifier for the novel electric locomotive auxiliary inverter experimental system is presented in this paper. The paper introduces its principle of work, and the control method in detail. The system can realize Reciprocal Power- Fed by the PWM rectifier to replace the original motor load. Based on DSP control system, predicted current control algorithm of PWM rectifier is realized, thus the inverter output current can be adjusted, by simulation of faults on any circumstance. The experimental results show that, the PWM rectifier performs excellently and stably in terms of energy saving and noises reduction.
