| 摘 要： | 在总结了科技示范工程特点的基础上,结合组织机构、立章建制、过程控制、目标管理等方面的管理实践,系统地提出了长沙至湘潭高速公路科技示范工程的管理方法与措施,并进行了管理绩效评价。结果表明：创新的管理方法有效地提升了科技示范工程的科技支撑作用和示范效应,使管理绩效整体达到卓越级,为今后的科技示范工程实施与管理提供了借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of scientific demonstration project,the management methods and measures of Changsha-Xiangtan expressway scientific demonstration project have been discussed systematically,which including organization institution,establish rules and regulations,process control,objective management and other aspects.The practice shows that innovatory management method can promote the scientific and technological support and demonstration effects of scientific demonstration project effectively,the excellent management performance of whole project can be obtained,it also can provided reference for the further scientific demonstration projects. |
