纤维沥青混合料抗剪强度研究

摘    要:为探索纤维沥青混合料抗剪强度的特点及影响因素,研究选择新型路用矿物纤维、玄武岩纤维和木质素纤维沥青混合料的抗剪强度为研究对象,以最大公称粒径、级配类型、纤维掺量和纤维种类为参数,采用抗剪强度试验仪对纤维沥青混合料抗剪强度进行测试,并尝试利用爱因斯坦粘度原理解释纤维沥青混合料与普通沥青混合料抗剪强度差异性。研究结果表明:在一定范围内最大公称粒径越大、纤维掺量越高,沥青混合料抗剪强度越大;同条件下的SMA混合料的抗剪强度大于AC沥青混合料;抗剪强度大小排序为玄武岩纤维混合料〉新型路用矿物纤维混合料〉木质素纤维混合料。

Abstract:In order to explore the characteristic and influencing factor of fiber asphalt mixture shear strength, shear strength of different fiber asphalt were test by shear strength tester with nominal maximum size, grading, fibre dosage and fibre type to be parameters. And Einstein theory of viscosity was used to explain the otherness of shear strength between fiber asphalt mixture and common asphalt mixture. The result shows that asphalt mixture shear strength will increase with nominal maximum size and fibre dosage rising; Shear strength of SMA asphalt mixture is higher than AC asphalt mixture in same condition ; The order from big to small of shear strength with different fiber asphalt is basalt fibre asphalt mixture, new type mineral fibre asphalt mixture and cellulous fiber asphalt mixture
