大型沥青混合料设备塔楼的模态设计

摘    要:通过有限元分析方法,对大型沥青混合料搅拌设备的塔楼主体机架和筛体进行了模态分析,分析了它们的多阶模态频率和主振型,其结果表明机架和振动筛体的工作频率与其固有频率不重合,保证了其在工作时具有较好的动态性能。

Abstract:The modal analysis of frame and vibrating screen of tower of large asphalt mixing plant is carried out with finite element analysis method. The multi-stage modal frequency and major vibration type are analyzed. The result indicates that the working frequency of frame and vibrating screen is not coincident with natural frequency which guarantees good dynamic performance at work
