妊高征胎儿心功能的彩色多普勒评价

用彩色多普勒超声心动图对50例正常孕妇和45例妊高征时胎儿心功能进行研究。妊高征组患者以其血压和临床症状被分为轻、中、重三组。结果发现收缩功能指标在三组中均有降低，且有良好的负相关关系。舒张功能指标在三组中有不同的变化。轻度组：无明显变化；中度组：部分指标降低，心房收缩波A波无变化；重度组：舒张功能指标明显降低，A波亦降低。说明不同程度的妊高征对胎儿心功能有着不同程度的影响。

ESTIMATION OF FETAL HEART FUNCTION IN PREGNANCY INDUCED HYPERTENSION BY COLOR DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

The fetal heart function was studied byColor Doppler Echocardiography in 50 normal pregnancies and in 45 patients with pregnancy inducedhypertension. The patients were divided into three groups based on their hypertension and clinic syndromes: mild, moderate and severs. We found that the parameters of systolic function were all lower in each group and there was negative relativity in these were different changes in the three groups. In the mild group there was no significant change. In the moderate group some of parameters decreased and the A wave caused by aerial contraction had no change. In the severe group the parameter systolicfunction decreased obviously and A wave decreased.From these results we can draw conclusion that pregnancy induced hypertension has impact on the fetalheart function.
